The first 10 episodes of most series are free for everyone, no sign-up needed. Some series set their own number; the episode list shows a lock on the ones that are not free.

A locked episode needs coins or VIP. Unlock it once with coins and it stays yours, or join VIP to watch every episode without unlocking.

Playback adapts to your connection, so a slow network lowers the quality for a moment. VIP members get 1080p when the connection allows it. See "Fixing playback problems" if it stays blurry.

Yes: Profile → Language. DramaShow is available in 32 languages, including right-to-left languages such as Arabic.

Coins unlock episodes one at a time. An episode costs 30 coins, 25 from episode 21 and 20 from episode 46 (some series set their own price).

Bonus coins come from rewards, coin packs and VIP plans. They work like coins, are always spent first, and expire 30 days after you receive them. Profile → Wallet shows every coin in and out.

Profile → Top Up, or VIP & Coins. Packs go from 500 Coins for $4.99 to 10,000 Coins for $99.99; bigger packs include more bonus coins.

Yes. An unlocked episode stays unlocked on your account, on every device where you sign in.

Yes. Plans renew at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. Your access lasts until the end of the period you paid for.

Cancel with the store or provider you paid with: Google Play subscriptions on Android, App Store subscriptions on iPhone, or your card / PayPal account on the web. You keep VIP until the end of the period.

Check in once a day for 5 / 8 / 12 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 40 bonus coins over 7 days in a row. Missing a day restarts the streak.

No. You can watch, save shows and collect coins as a guest. An account keeps them safe and syncs them across your devices.

On the sign-in screen choose Password → "Forgot password?". We email you a code to set a new one.

Profile → Devices lists where your account is signed in; you can sign other devices out from there.

Up to 3 profiles plus Kids. My List and history are kept per profile; coins and VIP are shared by the account.

The Kids profile shows only shows made for children, with no store, no purchases and no rewards.

The first time you open the Kids profile you set a 4-digit parent PIN. Leaving kids mode asks for it, so a child cannot switch back to an adult profile.

It depends on your country and device: Google Play on Android, the App Store on iPhone, and cards, PayPal or local operator billing where available. The checkout shows the methods for you, best first.

Purchases are usually instant. If your coins or VIP do not appear within a few minutes, contact us with the time of the purchase and the payment method.
