About this drama

When a beloved apartment building, a haven for its eclectic residents, faces closure, its fate rests in the hands of two unlikely adversaries. Eleanor Vance, a 32-year-old guardian unexpectedly raising three spirited siblings, fights to keep their home and her family together. Her minimalist power dressing and stern demeanor belie a fierce protectiveness. Standing in her way is Julian Hayes, the warm-hearted heir whose family owns the building and plans to sell it. As Eleanor rallies the tenants to save their sanctuary, she discovers Julian's true intentions are more complicated than simple profit. Their clashing ideals and undeniable chemistry force them to confront their own definitions of family and belonging, transforming a closing business into the neighborhood's last refuge and promising an earned romantic payoff.
