EP.1 · The Glass Betrothal

About this drama

In a mountain kingdom poised between ancient traditions and modern ambition, Elara, a brilliant royal archivist, finds her life shattered by a scandal that leaves her family disgraced and her career in ruins. Her unexpected reprieve comes in the form of a politically expedient, albeit false, engagement to Prince Kael, the formidable heir caught between his divided family and the demands of progress. As Elara navigates the treacherous royal court, she unearths fragments of a deeper conspiracy connected to her family's downfall. The 'betrothal' becomes a fragile shield, allowing her to meticulously piece together the truth while battling the prince's suspicions and her own burgeoning feelings. Their forced proximity sparks an intense connection, but the shadow of betrayal looms large, threatening to unravel not just their alliance, but the very stability of the kingdom. This series promises a tense journey of discovery, where loyalty is tested, and a decisive new beginning hinges on uncovering long-buried secrets.
