EP.10 · Crown of Lies and Scale

About this drama

In the shadow of a crumbling border fortress, Elara, a palace translator with the unique and burdensome gift of discerning truth from lies in the ancient dragon tongue, finds her quiet life shattered. The kingdom's future hinges on a coronation, but the ceremonial awakening of the ancestral dragon goes terribly wrong, stirring not protection, but a primal, malevolent force. Her path crosses with Regent Kael, a man haunted by a visible scar of enemy magic, forced into leadership he never desired. As court betrayals mount and ancient prophecies unravel, Elara must decipher the true intentions of both humans and mythical beasts. Their shared quest to avert catastrophe forces them into a dangerous alliance, where trust is a luxury and every secret holds the power to ignite a war. The series promises a journey through intricate political machinations and breathtaking dragon-scale spectacle, culminating in an earned romantic payoff as they fight to save their world.
